Arthur Loo was appointed a Notary Public in 1998. 

Arthur is available by appointment only to draw, attest or certify deeds and other documents under his official seal.

Arthur can assist you with the following:

  • verify and authenticate the identity of the signatory,

  • ensure that the signatory has full mental capacity / official representative capacity,

  • ensure that the signatory signs with proper understanding of the transaction,

  • ensure that any copy is a true copy of the original.

  • the taking of affidavits and declarations for use overseas,

  • the certification, authentication and witnessing of documents,

  • noting or protesting bills of exchange,
  • completing ship’s protests.
